We've designed our Gemma shirt to be longer in the body and also longer in the sleeve for taller women while also being wonderfully dramatic on any average height women too.  The cuff is structured and longer too, giving this shirt an edge of style when needed.  Or roll the sleeves up, tuck in one side and let the back billow beautifully.
